Two nights of exciting music and engaging film, with a Japanese theme, as part of the Japan 2001 festival. Featuring the hour-long documentary film, The Japanese Invasion, about the lives of ordinary Japanese in contemporary London. Plus two new Japanese bands each night including: Instant flight - a four piece Japanese/European band heavily influenced by Beatles type melodic pop/rock, The Effuse - a trio of power pop/rock and Cima Cima - beautiful techno/pop from female solo artist. Plus a selection of Japanese DJ's in between and afterwards.
