Once Upon a Day at Night

A multimedia event in the 291 Gallery Bar featuring a combination of three slide installations & electronic-acoustic music/sound art.

The event combines looped photographic projections by Birgit Medele and electronic/acoustic sound by a saxophonist & sound artists including Joel Stern: computer field recordings, Mattin: computer feedback, Dennis Duboutsev: soprano saxophone; tambourine & Guests: selected members of the collective "music group music".

The projections feature places to escape from and to, escalators that turn into waterfalls and lightbulbs becoming fireworks. There will be nightlights, streetlights, traffic lights - photographs turning the world upside down.
