Exhibition showing a selection of 10-second video pieces along with other video works by artists Peter Nevin and Lucy Harrison.

Most of the pieces were originally designed as a sequence that may be watched constantly or intermittently in a corridor-type space.

Monitor-based pieces and large-screen projection in the 291 Bar and Foyer areas examine language, time and filmic genres.

Lucy Harrison and Pete Nevin are both artists who live in London.

In 2000 they collaborated on a series of short video pieces, most of which depicted wind up toys, commissioned by Ars Electronica Centre, Linz, Austria. Neither had a background in film or video, both had worked in many different media including printmaking, books, digital print, sound and tape / slide. This exhibition shows a selection of those works along with other works made individually.

Nevin's work has been seen at the Eagle Gallery with the book "Buena Vista" and Harrison was in New Contemporaries 2000.
