He was explaining to me that he couldn't talk himself around to feeling any differently. I can't change the way I am feeling with reasoning words, but if I see nan with an old woman’s face and straight a line. If that man has a big grey head trilled with curly grey hair that looks like there is a circle of grey hair behind his head that he has lined himself up with, then I am distracted, and my eyes start looking again. Start ng what they are seeing. Start seeing that his thin tie the middle of his juicy body like the start of a split in the skin of an over-ripe fruit. Thats what I mean, he said. I am in situations, and I can have a blind of light pulled down over my face. I can stick out a leg' or three bricks on a wall a shade darker. If I talk, I can hear my own voice, but I might see two people cranking forward, stiff with age, and say “slow” when I meant to say “blow”.

Christa Geiselhoter the meaning of the images consists of traditional and ‚recognised" symbols. These symbols describe the spirituality, that is ”carried to death" with joy and awe. Death as an absolute unfolds while searching for the secret of life. The explosion of this liveliness accompanies us in its glow of thousand facettes.

colours of silence is an imagistic exploration of isolation within the domestic environment. Focusing on the familiar mundane activities encountered in the home and inter-weaving a reflective assemblage of domestic images, I have constructed a fragmented, nonsequential and interrupted sense of solitude. The piece is distinguished by a confluence of complex image processing and is further heightened by a multi-layered poignant sound collage which manipulates repetitive from the domestic experience
